Add-on Member Form

The following individuals, identified as “Add-On” members, may be included on the membership for an additional fee, annually established by the CRA Board of Directors.  They must have a “Primary Member” of the membership unit to which they are added present with them when attending the facilities.  All Add-On members are subject to annual review by the CRA Board of Directors to determine if they can remain on the membership as Add-Ons.

  • Grandparents and grandchildren, living in or out of the Primary Account Holder’s residence
  • Previously “dependent” children, older than 25 years, as of May 1st, and living in the Primary Account Holder’s residence
  • Individuals 25 years old or under, as of May 1st, related to the Primary Account Holder by blood, and living in the Primary Account Holder’s residence.
  • Foreign exchange students, 25 years old or under, as of May 1st, and living in the Primary Account Holder’s residence
  • Summer residents, 25 years old or under, as of May 1st, and living in the Primary Account Holder’s residence
  • Fiancé or Fiancée of the Primary Account Holder that lives in the Primary Account Holder’s residence

As a matter of policy, and for the purpose of clarification:

No individual, living outside the residence of the Primary Account Holder, can be included on the membership, EXCEPT for grandparents, grandchildren, and “dependent” children of the Primary Account Holder.

Membership arrangements outside of this policy must be submitted for approval by the CRA Board of Directors.

Misrepresentation of information as it pertains to this policy may result in action by the CRA Board of Directors that includes termination of membership.
